Let's Get Circuit Breaking (1-3 at CBI; 48th overall)

Despite this deck's poor record at CBI, 2 of its 3 losses were real nailbiters that could have gone either way, potentially. One of its losses was... brutal. In theory this should be able to deal with rigshooty glacier, just... not if my whole rig is rigshooted.
