Diving with an Umbrella

The basic gameplan is to use Umbrella and Kyuban to invalidate ICE and draw a card for your trouble. Egret allows you to do this to other threatening ICE like Pharos and Anansi, and with K2CP Turbine you can even handle Bran 1.0 and Archer this way. You can then hit R&D with Conduit repeatedly, which will typically discourage the Corp from drawing when you use Umbrella, or use a Deep Dive to wrap up the game.

The rig is pretty scrappy - you should focus on installing the pieces you need, not trying to build some kind of end-game rig. In games with lots of barriers, I've used Cleaver / K2CP Turbine / Egret and not even installed Umbrella. Focus on leveraging what you need, preemptively install K2CP Turbine against HB and Weyland (Bran 1.0 and Archer, respectively), and remember that with an Egret in hand and an Umbrella on the table, you can get through almost anything. In a pinch, Simulchip can move your Egret mid-run to get past multiple pieces of ICE that you don't have the right breaker for.

Install Environmental Testing as early as you can. You install so much that it will pay off in 2-3 turns and it's a huge boost.

I added the second Cyberdelia last minute for a tournament, and I don't think it's needed. In a match-up where you need Clot and K2CP Turbine, I found there wasn't enough room to run Conduit, breakers, and enough trojans to make repeated running profitable, which is why I added it, but that situation isn't common and I think cutting it is probably better.
