419 has been decent against other things so far in my testing this season, but he can be exploited by corps that can't get denied money and do unfair stuff, as hams thoroughly demonstrated. Holo-Man is costly for the corp to use, which you like to see as a credit-denial runner. Also, if you have to let a tributary fire the install will trigger 419 which is nice.

There is only one spicy card here, which if you think about it more is just 0 cost rezeki so its not actually that spicy.
