Scorched-Earth Hub

An NBN deck designed around Mushin No Shin and a strong tagging threat. Use Mushin to throw out a trap or sneak an Agenda early, and use the rest of the deck to punish the Runner and slow them down while you score the rest. Primary win condition is agenda points (Beale is a superstar here, either with Mushin or Psycho - or both!), secondary win condition is flatlining the Runner. A few cards (Invasion of Privacy, Snoop, City Surveillance) are included more for flavor and fun than pure strength; feel free to mix and match as desired.
