crazy idea of deck

run only on central, look remotes with silhouette ability if its an agenda do a quest completed, if nothing else, do notoriety

get money from calling in favors

I think the idea is good, I made a similar deck regarding the general strategy (although I don't have Quest completed), but I think Underworld Contact doesn't work well with Silhouette, because she has no base link. Add to that that you have only 2 cards in the whole deck that give you the 2 Link, and they're just 1 copy each (and you can't tutor for Dyson). I think you will lack the economy needed to make this deck consistent. Maybe try Armitage or the new Security testing.

I was thinking the same about link + underworld next version have them out, and 3 sure gamble in, have to see how it works
