Rigged Election IG

Another attempt at post-rotation IG. Beefed up asset econ with PAD Campaign and NASX, complementing nicely the funding you get from Turtlebacks and Estelle Moon.

Getting face-down cards into Archives is a bit more difficult without a forced overflow mechanic like Jackson Howard used to provide, but triple Pālanā Agroplex comboed with Election Day should actually give you a nice burst of lockdown synergy, as well as letting you cycle through R&D quicker for game-finishing Neural EMPs.

Otherwise it's a pretty standard IG build. Some considerations, though:

• Noise is looking like hot stuff again, thanks to the tagme tools given in the most recent datapack. Cyberdex Virus Suite as an answer to GoW is reasonable. Granted, it might not be necessary: there's a lot of AI and general Anarch hate in the form of Chiyashi, Conundrum and Lotus Field.
• It is entirely reasonable to drop the Election Days for two Anonymous Tips and an MCA Informant, but I haven't decided what other card you'd sacrifice for it. Maybe the NASX? That's mostly there because cash is always good, especially cash for re-installations later in the game. You're absolutely looking for an answer to Film Critic, though, assuming it becomes a common sight.
• You got nothin' to really stop Crims from using Tem and Aeneas to plunder, honestly. If you don't get early ice, a double-hit from Account Siphon and Mining Accident's going to hurt. Can't think of an easy way around that...
