The deck went ok, but probably needs more Tools like Falsified Credentials and maybe even Contaminate to fight against Border Control-heavy decks. Lucky Charm alone doesn't help.

What do you think about including Always Have a Backup Plan? It could also help to get Apocalypse running?

Maybe it could help against Border Control, but then you still have to break some of the ice twice, which can be taxing your econ a lot. I'd definitely try swapping the Spear Phishing with AHaBP though.
