This is one of my set of Startup Starters. These aren't meta-defining decks, but the should be solid enough to win games, and give you a shell you can use to start deckbuilding. You can find the others here.

This deck is trying to get accesses every turn, and trash cards as often as you can. Imp and Carnivore are your two main ways of trashing cards. When you run out of Imp counters you can "reset" them using Simulchip (provided you have at least 1 other program in your heap before you trigger Simulchip), by using Simulchip to trash the empty Imp and then install it again.

To get accesses you're trying to run a very cheap rig. Botulus can help you get past single ice easily, and in the end game you've got some very nice breakers that are helped a lot by Leech, which brings ice down to their preferred cutting size.

When you want to start modifying this shell you might end up feeling like too many cards are spent on influence and draw. You could look at high impact cards like Bravado to give you more credits and punish the Corp for trying to keep you out. You could also look at cards like Jailbreak or Docklands Pass to give yourself more central accesses without spending more clicks to run.
