XWC#3 v1.5

Overview

This is a Titan Transnational kill/glacier deck.

My old Titan deck included a pair of SanSan City Grids so I could 'Atlas Train' up to 6 points. When that combo works it's awesome! BUT in my play testing the Sans-Sans kept getting trashed in hand or after an early install. It was that or Project Atlas would get stolen turn 2.

Any how, I took those out and put in cards that focused this deck into a kill/glacier deck. I haven't tested out these changes, but I'm posting them any ways because the economic engine of this deck is SOLID! The ice is nice too, but is subject to change.

I'd love any feedback on this deck!

Econ

Okay, just so were on the same page (I want to be clear) this deck makes CRAZY money. And that money just seams to appear out of nowhere which is fun! The obvious source of income is the cash operations, Beanstalk Royalties, Hedge Fund, Medical Research Fundraiser and Restructure. Okay so any one can put cash operations in their deck, so where is the "crazy' money?

Well the hidden source of income in this deck Mark Yale, Hostile Takeover and High-Risk Investment.

If you score two Hostile Takeovers early (some thing I've done quite a few times) you are looking at 14 credits from just the takeovers. That's a huge boost to your economy!

*COUGH Witness Tampering the bad pub away COUGH *

And now I hear you saying "So you have two agendas that score out of hand with one agenda token on each because of Titan Transnational card ability... SO WHAT?

So What? Mark F*cking Yale is What! His ability gives him 3 credits per token! And once you've spent your tokens you can get another 2 credits by trashing him. That's 8 credits! That's TWO Hedge Funds of profit that can be gained during a RUN!

YOU READ THAT RIGHT DURING A RUN!

If you've got 2 credits and cant res jack sh*t, well now you've got enough to res that Tollbooth or that Assassin OR both a Spiderweb and a Data Raven. BAM runner bounces on his R&D dig and is like, say WHAT?

You want to score agendas any how, why not get paid to do it?

Also you can't vamp or account siphon those tokens, the runner can only trash Mark Yale and if they don't know about that combo then they don't tend to blow the credits trashing him..

The second combo is way simpler, build up a nice scoring remote and go score a High-Risk Investment. Titan puts a second counter on it, awesome! Next turn for two clicks you've got twice as much money as the runner! I've gotten upwards of 30 credits from sneaking out a High-Risk Investment.

With the money this deck makes you can easily make and res a 5 ice deep scoring remote and laugh as the runner blows their load and hits a Ghost Branch. Classic!

Any how, I'll reserve writing any more until I've gotten every thing dialed in. I'll get back to you.

  • X = Experiential
  • WC = Faction
  • # = Numerical Identification number
  • v0.0 = version

I've made so many random crap corp decks that I've started naming them with the above convention. Once they prove them selves they get a proper title.
