I was browsing DB for a TWIY* deck when I saw that there are NO MWL LEGAL ONES, which shocked me because of my love for the ID. So I took an illegal DL and updated it (and gave it a better name).

Heavily based off of "When the Flash Wears Yellow", only MWL updated. No more 3 Astro, so replaced 2 with 2x Remote Data Farm, because it gives you a bigger HS to carry the draw you're looking at. Replaced NAPD Contract for 3x Explode-a-palooza, because we had no more influence.
