This is a variation on a deck that I was running before O&C with some success using Whizzard. The ID for the deck is fairly flexible. Maxx would be a stretch, but one would trade 3 Earthrise Hotel for more +1 Deja Vu and +2 Retrieval Run. I chose Kim just because the link and operation trashing makes me slightly safer from tagnbag in a deck with no Imp or Plascrete. Kim can also improve the quality of consecutive HQ/R&D accesses when I have nothing better to do with Doppelgänger.
The theme of the deck is click efficiency. The ideal matchup is PE and NEH where I could very easily earn all 6 Security Testing credits and still have 2 clicks left to dig for breakers, run to access, or burn Hemorrhage.
Hemorrhage was a superstar in the Whizzard variant, because the counters kept piling up with no effort and it forces the corp to make sub optimal commitments. Trash ICE and have weaker servers? Trash operations and forfeit FA or flatline? Trash agendas and ICE archives? Doesn't matter, the runner can change his gameplan easily and punish any of these choices.
I also dropped the 2x Quality Time for the relatively new Anarch 0-influence draw cards and spent the influence on Special Order. Darwin was the early game breaker in the original version of this deck, but in theory Eater should be even more effective at building the early econ and virus tokens while sacrificing flashy early game wins.
After 0-influence draw and Eater, the next most important change to the deck is 3x MemStrips. Having all 3 Datasuckers installed is a huge threat. With your rig out, you could get 9 tokens in 2 clicks and have clicks to install Parasite and run. In the previous deck it wasn't realistic to keep all 3 installed due to memory issues, especially if you were planning to drop parasite soon. Following that logic, the only thing better than Hemorrhage is 2x Hemorrhage.
Chop Bot 3000 is there because #1 he's cute and #2 it seems like some of my most catastrophic losses with the deck originally were due to installing John Masanori and regretting it. It seems like installing that card magically puts Wraparound and Enigma in whatever deck you're playing.
Chop Bot can also help you uninstall extra Security Testing once the board is too well defended to need them all; D4V1d; or Armitage in an emergency.
The main downside of the deck is all of the fiddliness. At a minimum you should be doing two runs a turn in which you collect security testing credits and place a thousand virus tokens. Games can also be a little slow, since it's both very good at slowing the corp down but not very fast itself.
