Pretty simple, get your 3 Tech Traders out ASAP using Hostage liberally. Spy Camera can be used to help you get out traders if you have a bunch of them. Once you have 2 traders you can start trashing your spy cameras for cards/cash and to check out r&d (sniping agendas with is not uncommon). Use the breaking and entering suite for early pressure and as part of your engine to draw through your deck (while making some cash) and set up your rig.
