"It was never supposed to go this far. But when the Director herself got personally involved, everything changed. And when she had that, that, thing built on the moon, that dish...well, the committee became just a little bit too efficient. And nothing's been the same since."
- Last received transmission, Starport Kaguya
I know how taboo it is to post decks with spoilered cards, but this needs to be done. Bifrost Array, the HB agenda out of the fourth Lunar Cycle pack, will let you trigger the "when scored" ability of any previously scored agenda. Note that this doesn't work with the Projects Ares or Vitruvius, because all advancement tokens are removed when you score them.
Bifrost Array works decently well with most other HB agendas, but there's one that it's absolutely bonkers with: Efficiency Committee. It'll be so good that I expect people to hit 21 agenda points when Bifrost comes out, just so they can run a third copy of it. And to showcase this, I present a 7-point, 1-turn combo in a deck that has none of Accelerated Diagnostics, Power Shutdown, or Jackson Howard.
I also figured, since this is a deck that isn't gonna be buildable for the next 3 months, I might as well throw in a couple other unreleased cards. There was enough influence after all the combo pieces to include the full grail ice suite, which will give you great bang for your buck when you have a couple pieces laying around in your hand. Also see Ashigaru, which practically ensures that nothing short of a Morning Star will get to the root of the server it's protecting.
Strictly speaking, the Haas Arcology AI isn't necessary, and replacing Director Haas with a third Biotic Labor lets you need only one Shipment from MirrorMorph. But sometimes, flavor has to come before function.
Note that this combo needs 3x Shipment from Kaguya in hand. This is a difficult thing to accomplish. Do not blame me when the last one is at the bottom of your deck.
Disclaimer: This is for demonstration purposes only. Actually playing this deck is highly not recommended, unless you enjoy losing 90% or more of the time in order to hit a crazy combo once.

Efficiency Committee says to place 3 agenda counters on it when you score it. Bifrost Array triggers that action again when it's scored, placing another 3 counters on Efficiency Committee, which Efficiency Committee can then use. |

There's already a 1-turn-7-points combo that doesn't deck you, and it even requires less credits and less cards, and the best part is you can already play it. It's called Doran's Blade: netrunnerdb.com |

Ah yes, I forgot about Doran's Blades. I wanted to avoid Trick of Light so as to not be dependent on board state, and because of its high influence cost. It actually seems possible to import ToL into this deck and come out with a combo that's roughly equivalent to Doran's Blades (and doesn't need Haas or Haas Arcology AI). I actually think Bifrost Array's real strength is not in the one-turn combo, but the two-turn version (which this particular deck list isn't well-equipped to pull off). With a scored Efficiency Committee, you can score a 7-card, 3-credit, 5-point combo to close out the game. What differentiates that version is its ability to masquerade as a normal deck - nothing besides the Shipments are actually combo pieces, and the deck can function just fine as a fast-advance deck without even attempting to combo out the win. |

OK, fine, I admit it, I really only made this deck because I wanted an excuse to use Director Haas and Haas Arcology AI in a deck. Trying to combo them was just so fun! |

Bifrost Array doesn't gain the click ability of efficiency committee. :/
