[ESL][Eternal] Liza

Based on some old list by SimplyTheOnion that I found on some old eternal spreadsheet I can't find anymore

Points:

• 1 Counter Surveillance
• 2 Mars for Martians
• 3 Account Siphon

The deck won both games and while it has it's bad matchups, it's so much fun to play. Thanks to anarchomushroom and our new Eternal balance lead wowarlok for organizing this, has been a lot of fun so far!
