This deck went undefeated (4-0) in a recent GNK (Blackfyre Games). It flatlined every game.

It's a pretty basic PE shell game. Create a server with Obokata and Ben Musashi and add PE's ID ability, and the runner is looking at 7 net to steal. If they do manage to steal Obokata, Punitive usually kills the runner there. Contract killer is for film critic or helps with a flatline. Show of Force is basically an extra set of Ronin. Everything else is pretty straightforward.

I'm not sure about the Celebrity Gifts. I didn't need the money from them and I didn't want the runner to know my hand. I'm not sure what I would replace them with though.

Celebrity Gift could be Medical Research Fundraiser if you don't care about their credits. And if you really don't need the money, Breached Dome or Project Kusanagi seems good.

I think PE has a lot going for it post-rotation. I'm most surprised by Punitives because I don't often get in situations where I can win the money fight, but if those are cleaning up for you then more power to you. I love the Contract Killer include, it's a lot of influence but when it hits it takes the runner completely by surprise. You might think about Voter Intimidation if you need more influence.

If you don't think you need the money from Celebrity Gifts, I'd second Kusanagi or Breached Dome. Kusanagi has been a very interesting win-condition card since each one you install-advance-advance is another net damage banked for your killshot, and each one they steal pushes Philotic's damage up. Breached Dome is a good cheap trap that can also help you hide agendas in archives to either let you pre-emptive them or in the late game keep them from scoring altogether.
