I like this seen alot of crims using this style think the deja vu is a good way to get important cards like a breaker back think id drop down to 1 ninja tho and get a levy in their somehow to reset as with all the events and extra draw you may need a reset. Also i think a john/kati may be an idea since you have 3 hostages it just seems like a waste only having the 1 connection sadly it's drop your event hit chance. |

I would just go with 1 garrote if you're not using femme. Ninja is pretty costly, garrote makes up for its big install cost right away. |

I've only playtested a Chaos Theory version, but I had enough trouble getting icebreakers in a timely manner that I suspect 3 Ninja is necessary here. I do believe that Andy is the best identity for this approach, and I agree that +Kati is mandatory. Elstyr: I see now that you guys really covered the topic earlier. Do you mind posting your latest version? I really like Maker's Eye, even with the problems associated with Jinteki. Would have to drop Deja Vu to get a couple Indexing....maybe later. (I don't know how to build against both NEH and RP!) I'm excited to see if Express Delivery helps to get the breakers out quickly and whatnot. It seems to have some synergy with Oracle. |

agreed, Garrote is better....not sure what I was thinking...maybe 2 copies will suffice... |

I went for one copy of each breaker because I can save them easily enough with Retrieval Run and Test Run. Express Delivery helps getting the things out of your deck you don't want May to trash. And that is crucial since I dropped Levy AR Lab Access. The best synergy of the deck is still the one between Test Run and Oracle May: it tutors and saves my programs and allows May to reduce their install costs by 2 Credits. Cutting down the actual version of the deck to Andy's 15 inluence I would probably go for: Corroder, ZU.13 Key Master, two copies of Test Run, Indexing, and two copies of Oracle May, dropping the copy of Retrieval Run because of the starting hand of 9 cards. |

Thanks for the quick reply. Like Test Run, Maker's Eye also saves 2 credits...but it reduces your R&D access costs dramatically. And like Legwork, it works well with Planned Assault or Deja Vu if things are looking desperate or opportune. I'd rather have multiple copies of Garrote and rely on Special Order/Express Delivery/Andy's Draw to find the other 2 breakers. I do have Test Run in the Shaper version: www.netrunnerdb.com It may seem to others like we are nitpicking here, but decks like this one need to be perfect to have a chance. Some playtesting on my part wouldn't hurt either. |
