Event Organizer Steve

My first Tournament deck, I went 3-0 with Steve at Heroes Comics and Gaming in Louisville. This deck is mostly a hodgepodge of the better Core Set 1 and Terminal Directive cards for criminal with an emphasis on recurring events and rez-derez traps. Maxwell James, Emergency Shutdown, and Forged Activation Orders work well in this way, repeatedly nailing the corp's ice and keeping them poor. No Diversion of Funds because I don't have Kitara Cycle. Once I open Reign and Reverie I may add new cards like Bankroll.

I had a hard time finding enough good cards for my runner side to make a complete deck, in contrast to the corp deckbuilding process. Thus the presence of cards like Armitage Codebusting that I don't really want or need. If I had an extra Bank Job I would probably run it. Modded works well with the high install cost programs and hardware in the deck and also provides click compression. Planned Assault is good to grab whatever event is helpful at the moment, great with Steve because if you use it to get into HQ then you can immediately force them to give you back either the event or the Planned Assault, turning it into a slightly more expensive version of any given event that recycles itself.
