A nice click compression upgrade that moves around. While it fulfills the same role as Jinja City Grid, it is more fair and much more flexible.

In LEO Construction: Labor Solutions, you'll want 3x of Mercia B4LL4RD, because it is the cheapest bioroid that can do an end the run, and that can move around!

Outside of LEO, this is still a nice click compression and economy card, provided you can protect it. This is why it is probably more valuable for glaciers, as having multiple ices stacked makes Mercia B4LL4RD saves you credits, on top of saving clicks.

The unfortunate side effect of Mercia B4LL4RD is that it takes a ice from you hand at the end of the turn, thus making it more probable for a runner to find an agenda that was in HQ.

Out of faction, at 2 influences and with a cost of 2, you will get a bigger boost in efficiency by using Top-Down Solutions.

Like any first name card, it does not relate to anything. The art is nice and the quote is flavorful, even if it is hard to discern the relation to the effect of the card (I didn't). Nice.
