This is a foundation for a Hayley Kaplan: Universal Scholar + Starlight Crusade Funding deck.
This deck can generate a lot of draw from the Beach Party + Game Day combination. The ideal opening hand is Sure Gamble, Beach Party, Adjusted Chronotype, Game Day. With this hand, the opening play is click 1 SG, click 2 install BP + AC, click 3+4 GD for 9 cards. This leaves you with 5 credits, 10 cards in hand and you can go from there. Ideally you draw into SCF and Gene Conditioning Shoppe, with a Sure Gamble or Power Nap to get back to credit strength. With this full setup, you can play doubles from hand (two once you get out Comet) for a single click.
Of course, without this combo the deck still works. Mulligan for Sure Gamble or Lucky Find, preferably with either Diesel, Game Day, or Symmetrical Visage.
The breaker suite is flexible. Cyber-Cypher is usually for R&D (if there is a code gate there) as that is our main pressure point on the corp.
Since the deck is heavily reliant on Resources, it is not advisable to run with tags. The worst would be if the corp trashes Adjusted Chronotype after you're set up since you'd be locked into having only 2 clicks per turn.
Some possible reconfiguration is required as this deck has basically no HQ pressure. Utopia Shard would be a possible include, although you'd have to lose one of Mimic, Datasucker, or Parasite, all of which are doing work in this deck.
