I've been dreaming of a Refractor Kit deck since the Overdrive spoilers came out. This is my attempt to build one.
The Akamatsu Mem Chip is going to become an Astrolabe as soon as the card is released.

Inti turns off Wraparound, ZU.13 Key Master is almost better turn one than Refractor is. It doesn't have the Stealth boost, but will allow you to put pressure on any One-ICE server with impunity. |

Refractor is what you want once the whole Stealth suite is up, but ZU.13 Key Master is super effective until then. |
i like the idea of back up breakers, if thats whats happening. looking forward to getting Astrolabe myself
