No SMCs? Or would that just slow things down unnecessarily at the beginning?

@esutter479 I've tried Self-modifying Codes but it's slow, costly, and can't make use of Eureka! and Modded. Test Run is there for tutoring anyway.

I do not see it: I see the combo between motivation Eureka, but you have to wait until the program/hardware appears. So you get 1 try per turn?

If you plan to use test run to tutor it...you may as well use scavenge instead. Or am I missing something?

IMO, i don't think MO and Pro Con work together in a single deck. When i make shaper decks, i decide which one of them i would need in my deck. May-tivation pretty much works the same way because you use clicks for its effects. If you have them all out, you'll either focus on using one and only one of them the rest of the game.

@Nushura The deck was first built upon a Motivation-Oracle May engine which I experimented with Eureka! which came out to be pretty decent. To use Scavenge you need a whole new setting (More programs, particularly Icebreakers, more drawing cards such as Diesel, etc.) so I just couldn't make use of it. About having one chance per turn, to use Eureka! yes, but you have Modded and pure economy from Oracle May, so it isn't that hard to pull off the whole rig with even one Eureka! or so.

@d4spien My first version didn't have Magnum Opus for obvious memory issues, but Professional Contacts just wasn't enough for the econ this deck requires, so I added Magnum Opus and The Toolbox, which somehow works, at least for me :P

Test Run + Eureka combo is legit for 6+ cost programs.

I'm running a similar deck to this except with more emphasis on the above than the Oracle combo. When you get the Oracle combo running it's amazing, and Eureka in the deck helps make Motivation a little less bad until you land Oracle. ProCon is mainly in my deck to help subside until Oracle combo comes out, but then again my deck has a lot more Archives play than yours so I can afford to blast through draws. Not sure if you're using it for the same deal here?

@mtblocks Actually 7+ cost programs because Eureka is a double event. :o Maybe I should just try using Scavenge again. It doesn't work on Toolbox but it can help utilizing other programs.

Eureka installs from the stack though; ordinarily it'd still take you the two clicks to draw and then play it :D I don't think you need Scavenge given you don't have any need for program recursion in the deck. Just need to make sure you get that Toolbox out ASAP!
