Scorched Programs

Update from an old deck I used to have that was built to rush agendas as quick you can with chimeras and such, and then kill programs to give you opportunities to close out.

The general idea is still there, but now much leaner and meaner with Will-o'-the-Wisp and Lotus Field. Don't click for creds, always draw for more options.

Would love to put in Targeted Marketing, but constrained by influence.
