Never-Advance shell with the idea of either reducing their handsize below 2 and flipping Brewery, or simply scoring out and getting the last with a Greenhouse flip. Grim should probably be Cortex Lock or something similar. Deck idea was mostly mine to start with, but drew inspiration from SlySquid's deck (referenced below), especially on the Melange and Caprice.

You should probably be playing Genetic Resequencing instead of Clone Retirement and Nisei MK II instead of NAPD Contract. The Nisei MK II is basically tailor-made for the Greenhouse, and playing Genetic Resequencing allows you to put more counters on a scored Nisei or even your Braintrust for more lockout potential.
