Here is a Sunny Deck I took to a 12 Player GNK (https://alwaysberunning.net/tournaments/986/double-gnk-tournament-western-australia). Went pretty average with Sunny, although my SYNC Deck Well
Plan is typical sunny - Build Assets - Collect Money - Run - Don't Rush
This deck has some weaknesses - it needs more multi access and some recursion - maybe make some changes for a Levy - it suffers hard in a Jinteki enviroment

Also, I think Earthrise Hotel is way better than Laguna. It gives you 6 clickless cards for 1 credit less and costs 0 influence to boot. Spend the influence you save on Laguna on more multi-access and something like Deuces Wild, which gives you huge tempo. |
Pro tip: As you have a ton of drip econ, you can afford cards like Feedback Filter or Caldera. They only cost one influence and they make the Jinteki match up a breeze
