I absolutely love Titan Transnational. The idea behind it is you don't actually need any money to res (most) space ice. And the ice that gets ressed is super strong. This is where Old Hollywood Grid comes into play. Because its so expensive to run through everything, they will absolutely have to run it twice to get in there.
If there's no old hollywood grid, or lets say you're just starting out with a trick of light, 7/11 agendas are 3 advancements. Firmware Updates makes advancing cheap as hell, and Mark Yale helps with money when your agendas start coming out.
The only problem I am having is that space ice is actually not free: its technically 3 clicks and 3 credits. Even with Shipment from Kaguya (which nets 4 credits for 1 click), and Commercialization (which nets 3-5 credits for 1 click), it is hard to get started for turn 1-3. Example: I hold an Asteroid Belt and a Meru Mati in hand, with 1 agenda, 1 Constellation Protocol, and 1 Commercialization. Turn 1 I install, install, credit. Turn 2 I advance, advance, advance. At Turn 3, I am at 3 credits, 2 of which are dedicated to Meru Mati, and two ice (albiet strong ice) out protecting my centrals. I find that a lot of the time I am clicking for credits.
How can I fix this early game issue?

You might try Space Camp. They hit it when you are porous, which is exactly when you need help. It can also be used as a trap to bait the run. Tough thing is what to cut. I would probably choose Commercialization, since if you are playing that card, you are probably already doing well. I might also take out builder, as it has some significant startup costs to start being useful.
