You're gonna have lots of opportunities to use Trick of Light, so Reclamation Order is around to recur them when you've used them.

Hide a Reversed Accounts in a remote server, then ToL onto it to blow open a scoring window.

Only 2 Commercialization because you'll be spreading your advancement counters out instead of concentrating them on one Ice Wall like in Tennin.
