Always mulligan to search for a Prāna Condenser and take the money early game so you can rez ICE to slow down your opponent.

Keep calm and play slow. to stay above 4 at all times, more if need be (Rez cost of ICE + 2 Snare! is a good idea). Score if you see that the Runner is afraid, then lay more traps.
