In a world of high-link runners . . .
With Weyland Consortium: Builder of Nations, you change the nature of "taxing" ice and finally make Weyland's ice do something more than end the run.
Runners these days want to get rich to avoid getting tagged to hell. Let them. You don't care about their money. You care about their cards. Create a situation where every run costs them a card (or two if you can score The Cleaners, which I HIGHLY recommend). That's not a particularly fun tax to pay, especially with 3 copies of Snare! in a 44 card deck.
90% of my wins are by flatline through snare. The others I am able to win by rushing out agendas. A Cleaners scored early is basically GG.
Housekeeping is to make installing cards just as taxing as running servers and helps against those pesky Employee Strikes everyone is packing.
Subliminal Messaging encourages the runner to run, which you want them to do.
Prisec is awesome. A mini-snare you can hide in a remote with a bluffed snare. 2 tags and 4 damage? Yes please!
Use Shipment from Kaguya when possible to advance multiple cards. A great first turn is ice R&D, ice HQ, shipment.
You won't have a ton of money here, as you can see. The best source of economy you have is Hostile Takeover. But you don't really need it. Just try to stay above 4 to keep your snare's online.
Leela is a problem, so when you face her, don't go nuts advancing stuff. Keep it simple.
If there was an Ice Wall version of a code gate, I would absolutely switch it in for Quandary. Shattered Remains could just as easily be another ice.
Feedback appreciated. give it a spin and let me know what you think.

@benjen checkpoint creates a great situation for you where they need to run, but the cost of doing so in cards lost can make it prohibitive. event if they break the trace or the sub it is still a good tax for you. trace 5 is quite a high cost. |

Well, Checkpoint is a 5 trace the first time... after that it's a 4 trace due to the bad pub it gives you. Unless you've also scored one of the Hostile Takeovers you want to score... then it's a 3 trace. Unless you're playing against a runner with a natural link... then it's a 2 trace. And then there's the runners that are playing Hopper and the occasional Rabbit Hole. Then you wish it was anything else, assuming you didn't already =P |

No checkpoint? That seems made for this deck
