Eat ice, go nuts, and keep the corp from installing more

Questions to anyone who might be reading:

-Is 48 cards too many, you think? If so, what can I lose? -Do you think I'll be super poor?

The unscheduled maintenance seems to be an odd choice. It uses most of your influence which can be spent on Econ or other tricks you can use to help.

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see - it's sort of an out-there choice, but it's cheap and if you get it going early enough, you can likely kill ice as fast as the corp can install it, providing you with a bunch of wide-open servers.

Though 3 planned assaults might be an interesting substitution, as it would up the level of flexibility with all these run events...

  1. Drop the Medium, get Keyhole because of Eater.
  2. with 6 Ice-Killer-Cards and 3 Same Old Thing, it's not that likely that you really need 3 Parasite. Additional bonus of dropping them besides having 45 cards would be no more MU problems.
  3. I have a Swordsman in most of my decks, ergo Mimic
  4. Planned Assault is deffinitly worth a thought in this deck.
  5. only 4 Icebreaker-Cards and no way to tutor them. Maybe one or two Self-modifying Code?
  6. 3 Déjà Vu, 2 Retrieval Run and 3 Clone Chip are a lot of recursion. Are you sure, you're gonna need that much?

  1. Yeah, I was thinking Keyhole might be useful. You really think get rid of medium entirely though? I was envisioning a world where you could keyhole run on r&d to put counters on medium, eventually eat through all the ice on there, and then access a bunch of cards, se old thing or planned assault for Showing Off and access a bunch more from the bottom, ideally ending the game in a term. Maybe that's too complex though.
  2. Hmmm, interesting. Yeah, though they'd do a lot to just knock out low-powered ice. Maybe just 2?
  3. Yeah, definitely a mimic.
  4. Yeah, the more I think about it the better I like it.
  5. What about two planned assault and one special order?
  6. Yeah, I dunno! I kinda think it'll be hard to tell until I can actually play the deck.
