An experimental corp "mill" deck. Mushon No Shin with things like Underway renovation, Shattered Remains, and Project Jinebug combo'd with Housekeeping, and Blacklist with Chronos Project as the ultimate "that stuff is gone forever".
No idea how it'll work.

One place where this distinction is used, for example, is the Efficiency Committee/Shipment from SanSan (or Trick of Light, or Shipment from Kaguya) combo. You can't advance cards after using the Committee... but technically, you aren't, you're just "placing advancement counters" on it. There's no reason you can't Mushin No Shin Underway Renovation, of course. You just put it down in a new remote, face up as per the Public effect, and put three counters on it. But you aren't "advancing" it, so the Renovation doesn't take effect. |

But even if you Mushin, if you can protect it for the turn, you can triple advance the next turn and mill 6 cards for 3 creds/clicks. Not bad if you can protect it. |

Why do you need to wait a turn? Use Underway Renovation for a Mushin No Shin, then advance again to trash two cards immediately. |

Instead, you should Mushin, install ice, then triple advance every turn until you run out of money or the runner steals it. |
The problem I see is that you have to install Underway Renovation face-up. Then they'll know it isn't a trap.
And I don't think Mushin No Shin tokens count for the effect, because you're placing advancement tokens, NOT advancing.
