Whenever I play Criminal, I spend at least one turn (and usually many more than that) looking at a hand of 5 cards, all of which I want to keep and none of which I want to play yet. This solves the problem of having to decide whether to risk trashing your Legwork, Inside Job, or Account Siphon when you're fishing for a breaker or some economy by storing the cards you're looking for in a fairly safe location: your stack.
Of course, there's also the pipe dream: using this thing to Eureka! a Blackguard into play... hey, gotta dream, right?
