Release early, release often, in the city grid

This deck is a revision of Release early, release often.

The problem with the first version was that the economy was strong, but it was still difficult to score agendas.

In this version I have removed one copy of PAD Campaign and another one of Regolith Mining License, to add a couple of SanSan City Grid to help scoring agendas. After some games I can see that the economy is still good, and Snare! still hurts when appears, but there is a big diference with agendas scoring. SanSan City Grid is not cheap, to help with this I have also replaced the three Remastered Edition with three License Acquisition, that being 3/1 are also easier to score. After the agendas change I needed to add more agendas or reduce deck size, so I decided to remove Psychographics, that I never have the chance to succesfully play.

I have also removed two sentry ICEs (Colossus and Rototurret) that didn't fit so well in the deck, and I have added two copies of Magnet to defend the ICE against nasty viruses.
