[Speedrunning Startup] Well-Euled machine

This list was developed for the stream "Speed Running the Startup format", Pouchsurfer and my attempt to set a world record by winning a game with each of the Startup runner IDs with only 20 minutes per ID. Check out the stream here on Saturday, July 2nd, 1 PM EST.

The essence of the deck

To me, Kit is all about always having the answer because you refuse to answer any question besides "hey, what to do about this code gate?", and that power letting them make winning remotes hard to build and central pressure hard to deflect.

Inspired by this brilliant list by mildesorte10, I'm hoping we can absolutely vaporize ice with our extremely efficient, pay 0 to break, decoder.

Paule's Café, Self-modifying Code, and Simulchip are all tricks to let us keep on installing Euler to make the breaker as efficient as possible.
