I am posting this list because it did well at the Vaughan 34 person regionals, and criminals are in need of more published (current & relevant) competitive builds. This deck is my slightly modified version of Brad_Defacto's Net Ready Andy.
Alright, so I think this deck is actually well positioned in the meta, and is a very strong build for those who still cling to Andysucker. Andysucker wants to run often, so I took out the 1x RDI for a medium. I added in another Sec Test and a SoT, but otherwise the changes I made were very minor. When I draw your 1x, I'd rather use it to close the game, which RDI is worse at in comparison. Most games come down to a big medium run in the late game. What's impressive about Net Ready Andy is that she has INSANE late game, while not nearly as slow as Stealth Andy in the early game.
I'm not going to go into detail about how Andysucker plays, we all know this by now. However, there are some huge improvements here. Net Ready Eyes is an absolute power house, since it not only saves you sucker tokens, but also makes a purge a lot less devastating. Its very hard to shore up all servers from 4st sentrys and code gates. It also makes Yog a powerhouse. I used to run Personal Touch in MaxX, which would force the corp to stop rezzing Lotus Fields, making my investment useless. Now, when the corp stops rezzing lotus Fields, I can pump Corroder and get through stacked Elis a lot easier. I've tested many andy decks against the current RP builds and I have found that they are just awful in that matchup. This build, however, is fantastic against RP. Medium lets you try at that Future Perfect and NAPD again and again. RP is running so many code gates right now, and Yog rips through them for VERY cheap. Lastly, the late game economy is fantastic, so you don't get shut out easily. I also think the Blue Son match up is great, since you can have so much money and emergency shutdown at the ready. Give this deck a go, I think this is the direction Andy should be going in right now.

@dydra power shutdown would hurt, but you could potentially save your NRE with a faerie. Worst case scenario is you lose your hardware and you are still playing regular andysucker |

I'm glad I didn't have to stare down the barrel of this at regionals! I've been thinking of swapping out my waiting in the wings Stealth Andy build for Yog and NRE, so I might Tony-deck some casual nights soon :) |

Yeah true, but imagine all the other decks that are getting pumped up for NRE and plan on playing 0 cost programs :) What's 0 of Anarch in-faction? Sharazade and Progenitor ? lol :) Just waiting to stomp with my Blue Sun all those NRE tryhards :P |

Looks like a lot of criminals are moving from Dirty Laundry to Daily Casts. What are your thoughts on the matter? How about Legwork vs. HQ Interface? Finally, what new criminal cards have you most excited in the Underway and where might they fit? |

@darlingsensei dirty laundry is obviously amazing with Desperado, but with crick being one cost, it's very rare that you can safely DL in the mid game. Daily casts just fits better in the HB/RP/ Blue son meta. I very much dislike HQI because it's a huge investment. Once it's out, it's gonna take a turn or two for the corp to get rid of those agendas, because they won't let them sit there. Legwork is great because it's not telegraphed. See what's in HQ (combo cards, ice, agendas), take in that information, and go back to R&D. I'm excited for the new criminal, but I don't think most of those cards will see competitive play for a while. The only thing that strikes me as strong right now is the 0 cost resource, Meurtos gang member. Seems very strong early game for 0 cost |

My changes from Tony's deck: 1 NRE + 2 Datasucker is enough: NRE is awesome but not essential to have every game and not necessary to have it early. It's biggest advantage in Andy is to counter virus purges + frees up one MU for Medium. Scrubber + Utopia shard with the freed up 2 influences: These cards are really good in the current meta to combat asset economy and combos, respectively. 3 Daily casts is a bit too much since they're not good late game. Replaced one with Dirty laundry. 3 Special order is a bit much with the amount of card draw this deck has, replaced with Hostage to tutor Kati/Scrubber. No emergency shutdown: femme and inside job should be enough to get by, ES has stopped being good for a while. Crisium grid is the big weakness of criminals and still is for this deck, but hopefully the scrubber helps a bit here. Sneakdoor and feint are the best answers, but awkward to put in. Wishlist: Medium is amazing, wish I could fit another one, but seems impossible to free up 3 influence for it. |

Also added 3 career fairs which are really good with Andy. Although 2 career fairs might be enough. |

Those changes seem fine, though. The only thing is that I think Emerg shouldn't be taken out. I encountered a lot of Blue Son between both regionals, and Shutdown makes it a MUCH better match-up. HB doesn't run huge ICE, but everyone runs TollBooth and most decks have at least 1 or 2 big ice. Blue Son runs a bunch of them. Its never really a bad card to have. |

SO is really only for Yog since you got femme + faeries to tide you over. SO is often a dead draw at 3x. This change is still under testing though. Blue sun can screw up ES by putting crisium on HQ, just doesn't seem like an ideal solution. They can make their money from OAI HQ ices. Seems to me like you'd often be holding it. Still, there's enough slack in the deck to find a space for 1-2 ES. |
People seem to not understand that if Net-Ready Eyes becomes a thing - Power Shutdown for 0 kktnxbye. Congratz on ur 2nd place.
