A deck that I will be trying out as soon as I get my hands on Chrome City.
The main idea is to reduce the runners hand to less than zero thanks to Self-Destruct Chips, Chairman Hiro, Sentinel Defense Program and Cerebral Overwriter.
The Biotic Labor is there only to get your Self-Destruct Chips scored. Shell Corporation can be paired up nicely with Cerebral Overwriter for fun shenanigans. Edge of World can be placed in a nice chunky server with an NAPD Contract (or any other agenda - except your Self-Desruct Chips!) for more fun shenanigans.
The only thing that I am not overly happy with is the econ. I would like more, but am hoping that the threat of a Cerebral Overwriter will keep the runner away from my Shell Corporation.

Edge of the world is unfortunately an asset, so no install with agendas, still works wonders with a shell corp though
