Test Run = Two uses from an Overmind also hopefully ensuring it comes out when you want it to maximise memory usage.

Tempted by the idea of a Clone Chip to refresh the Overmind mid run if needed... Would that work?

...which this deck probably does not, but my hope would be that we'd be running Snitch and Blackguard earlish and swapping in Sneakdoor Beta later on.

Unusually for my decks we've got damage control, because i've recently been #Jinteki'd to hell and back :-)

Here are some thoughts:

1) how would you get the econ to throw down a Blackguard, because except turn 1 Kati (from which u have 2) I doubt you'd be able to run, install breakers AND have money for Blackguard.

2) Instead of 2x Levy, get 3x Clone Chip for Overmind Recursion. Also it will allow you to recur used DeusEx just before accessing R&D , HQ or some remote which you suspect is a trap.

3) Satelite Uplink is good only after you have blackguard, I'd have either Lemuria Codecracker or 2x Infiltration on its place.

Clone Chip can't be used to refresh an Overmind mid run, as said Overmind can only be trashed by installing over it. That being said, you certainly could do this play if you had an Overmind in your heap already. Have you thought about trying to add Scavenge to refresh an empty Overmind? 3x Deus X and 2x Levy is a bit overkill, I'm sure you could free up some influence there to include the Scavenges

2 Levys is definitely over kill even in a 40 card deck this can easily be swapped for a clone chip id drop a Deus X 2 for another one.

3x blackguards is also excessive considering its price tag and your econ theirs no way getting this early will help at all.

All this overlooks the main issue with your deck however, You have limited runs with only 1 (arguably 2) breakers in the deck, and no punishment when you do get in. You need to make every run count and you can't in this deck no Legwork's / RDI / HQI nothing.

Thanks all - most of these cards i've not used before at all. I like the idea of Blackguard and wanted to build a deck around the forced rezzing and memory it gives you - hence Satellite Uplink, Snitch and Deus X...

But once I added in some defences it doesn't leave enough economy to pay for a damn thing. How to balance I guess will only come from playing, but i've a version in draft that takes a lot of these comments on board.
