Based on http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/11943/the-foundry-mutating-the-process
The basic strategy is to use The Foundry to remove your cheap ICE before mutating it into big expensive ICE. I've added Eliza's Toolbox to help out late-game in case you don't have good targets to Mutate.
This deck is part of my "One Core" challenge to see if I can build seven solid decks (one for each faction) using only one core set and one copy of each expansion. HB seems to have enough native card draw that Jackson Howard was saved for another faction's deck. Same with Executive Boot Camp. This made room for Archer and Punitive Counterstrike. Subliminal Messaging plays better with Accelerated Diagnostics than Hedge Fund, even if it is slower economy. Because the whole deck is a bit slower, I chose Adonis over Eve Campaign to speed things up. All the changes made room for Enhanced Login Protocol which adds "current" technology and also slows down the runner while shoring up HB's holey ice, and for Eliza's Toybox which pairs great with all the big ice. Archer + Toybox = Fun.
The deck is still experimental. I have completed the three runner decks. This is the first corp deck. Three more decks to go.

My honest suggestion would be to just ram one more of each in. You can probably cut a Blue Level and a Reclamation. For a Foundry deck, 20 ICE isn't all that steep. If you really wanted to replace them, you can go with Ichi 2.0 (or 1.0, Viktor 2.0 (or 1.0 again), if you were willing to get rid of a Mutate you could ram Tollbooth in, Hadrian's Wall, Wall of Thorns, or any number of big fat screw yous. All up to preference really. Do you want to punish, program trash, annoy, or just play keepy-outy. I'd still (personally) just go with the triple of each NEXT. It's a really powerful combo, especially in Foundry. Six subs on a Silver is rough stuff. |

I don't really want to add third copies of ice as it will make Mutate more likely to miss the big expensive ice. But I think I'll remove one Blue Level Clearance and one Reclamation Order to make room for 2x Mother Goddess |
Honestly, no reason to run 2 of any NEXT Ice.
Seems illogical to half arse it. Might as well go full hog, or find something else that suits.
