I wanted Earthrise Hotel over Quality Timefor two reasons: a) I wanted the influence to play the singleton Apocalypse and b) I think trickle draw is a little better as Silhouette: Stealth Operative to help prevent me from running out of cards.
I'm still unsure if I like Unregistered S&W '35, but it does allow me to snipe heavily protected remotes.
The deck wins by running on centrals for agendas, using Quest Completed to nab revealed agendas from remotes, Notoriety helps nab the last few points, and Apocalypse can set up a kill.
