World Fortress

This is mostly a skeleton for a concept. If anyone else has thought of it, please add your opinions!

I always liked the Executive cards, but like everyone else, hated the 2-point reward. Self-destruct was a nice way to prevent it, but had its limits.

Worlds Plaza is the answer to that. Since the Exec is hosted, it does not get accessed when trashed, so it safely ends up in the archives.

Use Haas to push out Atlas and HT. Or use Casting Call on Oaktown to force the runner into a hard decision.
