Taking constructive criticism into account I've taken out some of the fluff and made it more consistent. Null Good Stuff, August 1st MWL ready.

I'd be really tempted to consider just using Grimoire over Djinn. It just does most of what you need Djinn for but much faster. Also, making room for one Bhagat may work out too: it forces ice over HQ, spreading the depth of ice and avoiding getting locked out of servers with +5 strength ice.
