Make Cerebral Cast's choice for the runner bad either way: taking a tag opens them up to mega meat damage (via Scorched Earth and Private Security Force), while taking brain damage opens them up to net damage (Sentinel Defense Program) and more further possible brain damage via ice. I'd love to somehow work Tori Hanzō into this somehow, but the way isn't clear.
