My attempt at fast advance.
Initial Thoughts: Identity When looking at all my options, I decided that I wanted agendas that were easy to advance without having to score 7 separate agendas. Looking at the available options, Medtech is the only one that makes me have to score fewer. The downside is that the runner does not have to score that many agendas either. So when picking my agendas, I'm going to have to work to mitigate that weakness.
Agendas Medical Breakthrough - Relatively easy to score the first one and it makes the other ones that much easier to get out. NAPD Contract - Another Agenda that will punish the runner if he wants to score it. It was a tossup between this or Fetal A.I., but I want to be able to score quickly. The Future Perfect - Another one that potentially breaks the runner's ability to steal it. Not-Chosen - Clone Retirement is on the block. I didn't include it because I want to keep the number of Agenda cards down. However, if Valencia Estevez starts to make more of an appearance I'll swap it in. Somehow.
Assets: Jackson Howard - I'm expecting Noise to make a comeback and I'm already seeing a lot of Maxx + Keyhole decks. Project Junebug - To hold advancement tokens. One thought I've been having is installing it face up so they know exactly what it is, what I'm doing with it and making them want to run on it. Thomas Haas - Another good fake for advancement tokens. I look to Rez and Trash him towards the end of a successful run to demoralize my opponent.
Upgrade: Crisium Grid - Keyhole decks. I hate those things and I feel that with the small deck size it is a vulnerability that is worth covering. I may switch it out for Caprice.
Operations: Celebrity Gift - I feel this is one of the best money making operations available. I can also always hold a card back to encourage them to run on HQ instead of a remote. Mushin No Shin - To start up a Junebug or early agenda. Very combo intense card though and I'm not sure I have the assets to support it. Trick of Light - My favorite way to install and advance Agendas in one turn.
Ice: The options for IC is where I'm having the most concerns. I want to stop runs, but because they're all very easy to break I'm not sure I can stall the runner enough.
Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for the suggestions. I think I can fit thre of the Asteroid Belt. With that I'm not sure if the Project Junebugs are even necessary. |

If you're thinking of ditching the Project Junebugs you might consider swapping them for Snares. Squeezing in a few Asteroid Belts or Ice Walls to hold counters also seems pretty awesome. |
A few comments...take them with a grain of salt as I utterly abhor jinteki in all its forms. Overall I like it and like seeing something different!
Agendas: I don't know enough about jinteki agendas to comment. They look like a fairly good basic spread.
Assets: You can easily drop junebugs down to 1-2 and still have advancable cards to pull off of. It'd make room for a snare or two as well.
Upgrades: Needed. Nothing further to say.
Ops: I don't like Mushin, but it works with this deck.
ICE: I really don't love the spread. I'd drop the Bastions to walls of static or ice/fire walls or even an asteroid belt. More targets for trick of light and/or more cost effective. I'd swap datapike for Tollbooth (more tax). I'd also think about some sort of sentry ETR or swordsman, which slows down eater/keyhole....but thats farther down on the list.
