[SU Halloween Runner] Adam x Amelia

This the Criminal Adam I took to the Naarm Startup Halloween Runner event, going 2-1. Rules restricted it to 17 inf and I had to use the original directives from Data and Destiny.

The idea of the deck was to leverage Neutralize All Threats with Docklands Pass to regularly access three cards in HQ, charging up Amelia Earhart for some serious credit denial. The games were all too quick for this to ever happen but repeatedly ripping agendas from HQ was a lot of fun.
