LARLA Noise (first place face 2 face games GNK 14 players)

Ended up winning 3 out of 4 games, dropping only one when I scored a government takeover, dying to punitive next turn. This is a very strong list - not as aggressive or destructive as Whizzard right now, but very disruptive and capable of runing ICE and running regularly. LARLA makes the reliance on Faust possible.
