Compared to Amani Senai, this is more reliable. But the impact is highly variable. Against many criminal runners, who often have only one copy of their breaker in their deck. Allowing to possibly trash their breaker before they can install it. But Amani Senai tax the runner more, since it can either cost them credits or take an installed card from the board.
The good part is that it is not a damage, so the trashing of a card from hand is unavoidable. But since it is not a damage, this cannot kill the runner.
At 3 to rez, it is rather expensive to trash only one targeted card. It does reveal the grip of the runner to you, so it is information that you can use. Technically, it could be used with Complete Image to kill the runner afterward, but since you need to score an agenda first, it is quite conditionnal.
I feel the power of this asset is rather low and Amani Senai is better (and cheaper) to use.
The art it stunning and the quote really give the lore about NBN executives. Well made card!
