**someone else published my deck after I wrote my guide so please replace the one NET CELEBRITY with a third copy of CACHE*
Noise has been my favorite runner for some time and here is my current version that I am tuning for tournament season.
It focuses on being able to run and apply pressure while milling cards using the synergy of Noise's ability, ice destruction, imp and gravedigger.
Here is the video piloting guide from ANRBlackhats http://youtu.be/2A25BHxxClo
Here is my Noise tips and tricks at my blog

Nifty to see someone put the pen to paper on gravedigger+noise in a smartly done deck. as an experiment perhaps: -3 Earthrise -1 Aesop +1 Clone Chip +3 Inject |

Eater would probably be better, because it can let you face check and build virus tokens even if you never find your parasites. Then you just spend Datasucker tokens when you do. |

He just said he wants to try it. It's not like he doesn't know about wyrm and what people have experieneed or said. He just wants to create his own experience and see for himself. Revisiting old conclusions is a good thing |

Wyrm is the 46th card in this deck for a reason, it is also not included in the list I discuss in the video, but I am testing to see if it helps me kill ice and whether or not I am excited to see it. Also if nothing else it can be pawned for a 2 credit profit. Try to look at the skeleton and main components of the deck and not one card I added as a whim. The purpose of my decks is ot help move the conversation forward not get bogged down in a discussion of how certain cards are established as terrible. The au revoire deck utilized two cards that people had relegated to the trash as being universally terrible. Focus on the deck as a whole and how we can improve noise instead of a card in isolation |

I appreciate everyone's feedback lets talk about what you have had success with in Noise because I think he is the final frontier of order and chaos that still has a lot to be done |

As to elevating the Noise discussion, I think a good thing that has happened with the release of Order & Chaos, and maybe even with the release of Incubator, is that people have been building Noise decks with singular strategies again, rather than just playing mill solitaire. Using Noise's passive as a supplement to actually running is a hell of a lot more fun to play, and that's certainly what you've done with this deck. I was working on a similar Gravedigger-centric deck myself, and I even considered including Prepaid VoicePAD and Professional Contacts. That might sound crazy, but... Econ and draw are still the biggest kicks in the junk for Noise. I just played a variant of this on Octgn against a typical H-B fast advance deck, and would have lost if not for some extremely lucky R&D runs. Towards the end of the game, up 6-5 points, I had two Daily Casts going was selling a program a turn to Aesops, but even then my econ still felt thin. Now I know using an H-B fast advance is a bad example, as it's Noise's worst matchup, it still seems like a problem worth solving. What is the answer? I have no idea. I am with you that Earthrise Hotel is the way to go with draw in Noise, but the econ is still pretty vexing. |

Hi, great looking deck I have had some really positive results playing it so far. Question: where does Clot fit in this list? My thought is that you could either trim the numbers of a few virus' or just cut the Gravediggers. |

what are your thoughts on Surge? it can help make Gravedigger less dead against vertical corp decks, and may be useful on Parasite, Medium or Imp. In your own hand the deadest it gets the equivalent of 2c with Cache or Datasucker. |

Ok, took this deck to local gamenight, went 2-3. Wins were space NEH and Bluesun, losses to RP, HB:EtF and Astrobiotic. The game with RP was bloody close but he managed to win (I milled all jacksons, won all (one) psigame for TFP but all agendas were sitting in his hand. Deck still struggles vs APP chain and it was VERY hard to play vs HB glacier. I just can't trash all DBS, Adonises and Ashes save for Caprice lol. Sometimes I miss Incubator/Stimhack combo. Otherwise solid deck and gravediggers worked fine. |

I tried this deck today and really enjoyed it. I really want to get into aggressive, disruptive Anarch runner play, and this seems like one of the best options. However, when playing today I was really hurting for server access - with no tutoring I had both Corroders in the bottom 10 cards of the deck and simply lost to Wraparounds and Curtain Walls in Blue Sun (of course, Blue Sun is hard anyway because parasites become so much harder to use). I'm contemplating adding 2x D4v1d to help manage this problem. What to cut though? Like every game that I put 3x Deja Vu, I found myself flooded with them and having to discard them while I draw for some urgently needed cards (like breakers), so I was thinking maybe -1 Deja Vu will be part of how I fit the D4v1ds. Maybe also -1 Imp? It's so good but it's useless if I get it without access to any servers. What do you think of these changes? Also, out of O&C anarch cards, I find myself also pondering if Archives Interface or ChopBot have potential value in a Noise deck like this. Archives Interface could kill Archives poisoning - like Cyberdex Virus Suite which really hurts this deck. ChopBot seems like an interesting alternative to Aesops, maybe 2x Chopbot 2x Aesops? Or Sahasrara + Scheherezade + 3x Chopbot to totally reverse the virus efficiency equation - recycle old viruses into draw instead of credits, and then include ways to cheapen the virus install instead of more draw. What are your thoughts, & have you given any of these ideas a trial already? |
Awesome decks dude. Like Always. I'm mostly playing a Hemorrhage MaxX deck but this one is my second choice right now. Great description and video.
