The main idea here is to get the "I'm getting in" ability of Quetzal added to the milling capability of Noise, plus try something other than Aesop as a way to capitalize on Noise not caring about keeping cards around. Other than Cyberfeeder there isn't a lot of great late-game stuff in here, but it's okay because you are Noise and you put half their deck into Archives.

Shout out to the Hunger Pains deck, which was the only existing example of this idea I could find. I also saved netrunnerdb.com which was my original go at it before checking someone else's ideas. I like the inclusion of Yog.0 and Clone Chip. I really wanted Hunting Grounds, we'll see how that goes, and I'm hoping in best case scenario to be able to drop Hivemind, run R&D, then burn the virus counters on empty Imps, then next turn trash it to jump an ETR sub. We'll see, but I think there's interesting potential here even without Progenitor.
