So after Reina Roja: Freedom Fighter dressed up like Quetzal: Free Spirit for Halloween, MASTER GAMER, Whizzard decided he needed to do something about all the fun that was being had. Except...he was so hungry and forgot his wallet at home.

Take everyone's lunch money. He didn't need a costume. He didn't need a reason. He was hungry and money needed to be had.
Switched out a few things here and there. Turntable for Vigil and some tools to get the job done. Thought it might be fun to be a nuisance with Exploratory Romp though Fast Advance will always be an issue. Apocalypse seemed like an automatic add here.
Thinking about getting rid of Parasite. They're kind of a future thinking card given that I don't have any datasuckers or anything in there. Might switch them out for another forked, another spooned, or maybe some Liberated Accounts.
