I would take out the S&W as well as 1 Maker's Eye and insert 2 Katis if you plan on running with consistency, especially late game if it comes to that. You're gonna want more creds on the table with only Crypsis and Overmind as breakers.

Actually, nevermind about the Eye...make it a Same Old Thing instead. If it turns out that Kati isn't needed, then I have misspoken... :)

I would drop 1 Indexing and the Q-Coherence Chips in favour of 3 Akamatsu Mem Chips. That way you can install a new Overmind over the used one without losing 1MU each time. Then add a Special Order. 2 would even be better to reliably get a breaker out early.
