You heard me right. Spin Doctor bad card, this is the hill I will die on.
Ok, a slightly more nuanced take, there are definitely decks that want spin. Slower decks often want more than 3 copies of the spin effect of resetting the amount of agendas in your hand. But in fast decks like PD whose mo is putting agendas in the remote every turn, the runner can rarely afford to waste time checking your HQ, so you can just let them pile up with minimal consequences.
Also, naturally Spin is a very low cost include, since it replaces itself and is only 1 influence. But it is worth cutting when it the 1 influence is very costly. This specific ice suite is a good example of that, even just a single spin would mean we need to get rid of The second corp best card in RWR or a crucial defensive tool like Border Control.
It wont always line up such that even the first spin costs a lot to put in, but I want to empower everyone out there that is afraid of these drastic measures, dont let spin doctor stop your dreams!
Sprint is unnecessary, along the same lines as to why you dont need Spin, it could easily be the 3rd corphosp. But I was forced to include it by the meme council so i could include this quote in here:

Love it, been taking 1-2 spins out of a few decks recently myself. I'm glad we are past such generic deck building. Make sure every card is there for a reason and not just because "corp decks start with 3x spin". |
I will still not agree with this list even if it did do good in the tournament. Sprint just is valuable for your gameplan. Having just 10 things that you can actually install on a tranquility grid to get value is way too low. Tributray is good tho you get points for that.
